Accurate raw material dosing and additive management are ensured through high-precision automatic systems tailored to each specific requirement. We manage not only macro-dosing from silos, but also dosing from big bags and micro-dosing cells.
Optimal mixing of the various components is guaranteed by high-performance mixers. Our mixers are manufactured from high manganese steel and Hardox wear-resistant steel, and can be equipped with choppers or agitators for lump breaking.
Line cleaning during product changeovers, to prevent contamination between different production cycles and avoid cross-contamination, is managed through special conveying systems and mixer washing systems. Mixer cleaning can include the use of liquids or compressed air.
High productivity: our lines are designed to optimize processing and transfer times and achieve the highest number of hourly production cycles.

Dry-mix cement products consist of dry construction material blends ready for use on site, requiring only the addition of water.

These mixtures are composed of cement, lime, sands with varying granulometry, different types of aggregates, and various additives.

Ready-mix concrete for structural castings, dry mortars for load-bearing or partition masonry, screeds, cement-based tile adhesives, and more.
