Big bag dosing system

Big bag / FIBC dosing system equipped with multiple accessories:

• The structure is modular and bolted, allowing adaptation to different big bag heights.
• The untying of the big bag is carried out in complete safety thanks to a circular protective enclosure; the operator accesses the inside through dedicated access hatches, and dust extraction prevents powder dispersion.
• The upper frame can be equipped with load cells for continuous weighing during discharge (or during bag filling).
• Pneumatic vibrators are provided for products with poor flowability.
• The big bag receiving hopper is always equipped with an electro-pneumatic hammer vibrator, and its geometry promotes efficient product extraction into the screw conveyor below.
