Drum sifter
It has a dual function: the breaking of flour lumps and the separation of the product from foreign bodies. The separator disintegrator is generally installed after the mixer to remove lumps that are formed by liquid’s adding during mixing, thus ensuring a uniform granulometry.
OPERATION
The machine is divided into two sections:
- In the first section, the product is broken down by a rotating rotor equipped with hammers.
- In the second section, the product is screened and separated from any remaining lumps or coarse particles.
