The Fragola S.p.A. company was founded in Assisi in 1961, by brothers Gino and Nello Fragola, when they were 35 and 29 years old.
In the 1980s, the company was already nationally renowned for its turnkey plants for producing animal feed and use in the chemicals sector.
During this period, Gino and Nello’s children joined the company. Fragola also specializes in pet food and aquaculture and has expanded into foreign markets.
Today, it still designs and manufactures in its plant in Assisi, using technologies that are 100% made in Italy, under the guidance of the Fragola family’s third generation.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is located in Santa Maria degli Angeli, Assisi, in the province of Perugia, Italy. The plant encompasses an area of 60,000 m² of which 10,000 m² is covered. We employ more than a hundred highly skilled people.
