spa trabaja en el sector del rendering, fabricando l\u00edneas de molienda, tamizado y limpieza de los <strong>chicharrones de carne y hueso<\/strong> para la realizaci\u00f3n de <strong>\u00f3ptimas harinas de carne<\/strong>.<\/p><p>El <strong>tamizado<\/strong>, la <strong>separaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y la <strong>limpieza<\/strong> est\u00e1n asignados a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fragolaspa.com\/macchinari\/disintegratore-separatore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tamices giratorio con cepillos<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fragolaspa.com\/macchinari\/vaglio-vibrante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tamices vibrantes<\/a>, y cribas con flujo de aire<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #0072bc;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #0072bc;\">LOS MOLINOS DE MARTILLOS SERIE MFC<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Para satisfacer las exigencias del mercado del rendering, Fragola ha creado una l\u00ednea de molinos espec\u00edfica: los <strong>molinos de martillo serie MFC<\/strong>.<\/p><p>El proceso de <strong>molienda<\/strong> para la producci\u00f3n de harina de carne, contiene en s\u00ed muchos retos, entre estos citamos:<\/p><ul><li>El desgaste mec\u00e1nico al que se somete la m\u00e1quina y, por tanto, la b\u00fasqueda de aceros de alta resistencia.<br><\/li><li>La viscosidad del material, que comporta un estudio minucioso de los flujos del producto y de los flujos y filtrado del aire sucio.<br><\/li><li>El peligro de combustiones<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c2536cd e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no rendering<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65c4b7f elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"65c4b7f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La <strong>industria del rendering<\/strong> se ocupa de la recogida y procesamiento de los <strong>subproductos de origen animal<\/strong>.<br>Los productos no utilizados en la industria de la carne, huevos y leche se transforman en productos seguros como la harina de carne, la harina de huesos, la harina de sangre, la harina de pescado y la grasa animal. <\/p><p>Los usos finales de los productos procesados en el rendering son m\u00faltiples: piensos para criaderos, pet food, piensos para peces utilizados en acuicultura, fertilizantes y combustible en el sector de la energ\u00eda.<\/p><p><strong style=\"color: #0072bc;\">EL PROCESO DEL RENDERING<\/strong><\/p><p>El proceso de rendering comienza con la recolecci\u00f3n de las materias primas.<br>Una vez que el material es transportado a la planta, el primer paso consiste en una molienda inicial seguida de su inserci\u00f3n en la c\u00e1mara de cocci\u00f3n, ya sea en flujo continuo o por lotes.<br>La cocci\u00f3n se realiza generalmente con vapor (aproximadamente de 115\u00b0C a 145\u00b0C) durante 40\u201390 minutos; la duraci\u00f3n depende del producto y del tipo de procesamiento.<br>Como consecuencia, se produce una completa inactivaci\u00f3n bacteriana.<br>A continuaci\u00f3n, un proceso de prensado separa la grasa fundida y los l\u00edquidos en tanques dedicados de las prote\u00ednas y huesos s\u00f3lidos.<br>La porci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida restante est\u00e1 compuesta por trozos que contienen prote\u00ednas, minerales y residuos de grasa; estos se procesan nuevamente para eliminar la humedad residual y se muelen para obtener la harina final.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1cbd265 elementor-hidden-tablet elementor-size-default\">Se producen <strong style=\"color:#0072BC\">20 millones de toneladas de rendering cada a\u00f1o <\/strong>en europa, \u00a1descubramos los datos<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d83133 elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4d83133\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cada a\u00f1o en Europa se sacrifican aproximadamente 328 millones de animales de la especie bovina, porcina, ovina y 6 mil millones de animales en el sector av\u00edcola.<br>Durante el sacrificio, el 34% de la masa de los porcinos, el 42% de los bovinos y el 25% de las aves de corral no se utiliza para el consumo humano y, por tanto, est\u00e1 destinado al rendering.<br><\/p><p>A esto se le a\u00f1aden 2,45 millones de toneladas de animales muertos en los criaderos.<br>En total, se procesan aproximadamente 20 millones de toneladas de subproductos en el rendering, de los cuales, 5 millones de toneladas se consideran de alto riesgo. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div El proceso de molienda para la producci\u00f3n de harina de carne, contiene en s\u00ed muchos retos, entre estos citamos: El desgaste mec\u00e1nico al que se somete la m\u00e1quina y, por tanto, la b\u00fasqueda de aceros de alta resistencia. La viscosidad del material, que comporta un estudio minucioso de los flujos del producto y de los flujos y filtrado del aire sucio. El peligro de combustiones La industria del rendering La industria del rendering se ocupa de la recogida y procesamiento de los subproductos de origen animal.Los productos no utilizados en la industria de la carne, huevos y leche se transforman en productos seguros como la harina de carne, la harina de huesos, la harina de sangre, la harina de pescado y la grasa animal. Los usos finales de los productos procesados en el rendering son m\u00faltiples: piensos para criaderos, pet food, piensos para peces utilizados en acuicultura, fertilizantes y combustible en el sector de la energ\u00eda. EL PROCESO DEL RENDERING El proceso de rendering comienza con la recolecci\u00f3n de las materias primas.Una vez que el material es transportado a la planta, el primer paso consiste en una molienda inicial seguida de su inserci\u00f3n en la c\u00e1mara de cocci\u00f3n, ya sea en flujo continuo o por lotes.La cocci\u00f3n se realiza generalmente con vapor (aproximadamente de 115\u00b0C a 145\u00b0C) durante 40\u201390 minutos; la duraci\u00f3n depende del producto y del tipo de procesamiento.Como consecuencia, se produce una completa inactivaci\u00f3n bacteriana.A continuaci\u00f3n, un proceso de prensado separa la grasa fundida y los l\u00edquidos en tanques dedicados de las prote\u00ednas y huesos s\u00f3lidos.La porci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida restante est\u00e1 compuesta por trozos que contienen prote\u00ednas, minerales y residuos de grasa; estos se procesan nuevamente para eliminar la humedad residual y se muelen para obtener la harina final.
