New installations:
  • 1 line for receipt of raw materials from trucks, potential: 50 tons/h.
  • 2 grinding lines with MF14D2700 G large rotor hammer mills, installed power 200 kW each, with inverter-controlled electric motor. Complete with vibrating screens downstream of the mills.
  • 1 model MO50-PS single-shaft horizontal paddle mixer, capacity of 10 cubic meters.
  • 1 grain batching system, 3,000 kg batching scale
  • 1 supplement batching system
  • Product sieving on pelleting line
  • Crumbling line, 20 tons/h
  • Sieving for bag filling
  • 2 pneumatic conveyors for recovery of discards on bagging lines
  • Totally automatic management and supervision of the new equipment via PC-PLC, remote assistance for remote control.
