New turnkey feed production plant 40 tons/h

AGADYR, MOROCCO
A NEW TURN-KEY ANIMAL FEED PRODUCTION PLANT WITH A CAPACITY OF 25 TONS/H, PROJECTED TO REACH A CAPACITY OF UP TO 40 TONS/H.

• Raw materials intake with a capacity of 70 tons/h, with a total grain cleaning and storage capacity of 13, 200 tons, and meal storage capacity of 6,600 tons.
• Supplement and micro-ingredients storage and batching consisting of N°.5 weighing scales of different sizes.
• Grinding section equipped with hammer mill fitted with quickly exchangeable sieves that can be replaced while the machine is running, installed power of 160Kw, inverter driven electric motor.
• N°.2 mixing lines equipped with two horizontal paddle mixers, each with a capacity of 5 m3 with two separate product conveyor lines to take the finished products to the silos.
• N°.2 independent pelleting lines with a total capacity of 25 tons/h, hygienising both pellets and flour, crumbler roller mills with remote roll adjustment. Space projected for doubling the lines.
• Finished product storage with a total capacity of 700 tons, with two semi-automatic bagging lines and a conveyor belt for bulk outloading directly into trucks positioned on the bridge scale.
• Fully automatic plant management and supervision by PC-PLC with leading technology, lot traceability and tele-assistance for remote control.
