- 3 lines for receipt of raw materials from trucks, potential 220 tons/h each.
- Grain and meal storage and batching systems, total capacity 12,800 tons, of which 8 silos of corrugated sheet metal, total capacity approximately 4,440 tons, and 56 silos of smooth sheet metal, total capacity 8,400 tons.
- 3 grinding lines with large rotor hammer mills, installed power 315 kW each, with inverter-controlled electric motor. Split grinding process, with product sieving upstream and downstream of the mills.
- 2 crumbling lines with double-roller mill, complete with screen for ground product selection.
- 1 mixing line with double-shaft horizontal paddle mixer, of a useful capacity of 15 cubic meters.
- 4 pelleting lines, potential 25 tons/h (2 lines), 35 tons/h, 15 tons/h, complete with 3 crumbling roller mills.
- 1 soy treatment lines with extruder of a potential of 12 tons/h.
- 1 soy roasting line, potential 9 t/h.
- Finished products storage in 48+9 silos of a total capacity of 5,730 tons, and 2 soy warehouses.
- 2 bulk soy loading lanes, potential 100 tons/h each, and 2 bulk loading lanes, potential 200 tons/h each, with fast conveyor belt and weighing system.
- Totally automatic management and supervision of the plant via PC-PLC using state-of-the-art technologies, lot traceability, remote assistance for remote control.
